  • 810g can sliced peaches in natural juice, drained, 1/4 cup juice reserved
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT* Light Smooth Peanut Spread
  • 1 tablespoon glace ginger, diced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, extra

Directions

    Place peach slices into a 6 cup capacity baking dish with the reserved juice and sprinkle with sugar.

    Combine the oats, peanut spread, ginger and extra sugar until well combined.

    Sprinkle evenly over the peaches and bake at 180C fan-forced for 20-25 minutes until topping is golden.
