- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Empty peaches and juice in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

2Cut peaches into small pieces.

3Sprinkle dry cake mix over peaches (do not stir).

4Spoon melted oleo over cake mix, especially around edges (do not stir).

5Cover with chopped nuts.

6Bake on 325° for approximately 1 hour.
