- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 large can sliced peaches
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1Put in large bowl the flour, salt and margarine.

2Mix with pastry blender until crumbly.

3Press into 8-inch pan buttered on bottom and sides.

4Drain large can peaches and save juice (1/2 cup).

5Place sliced peaches over crust.

6Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over peaches.

7Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

8Remove from oven.
