- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 2/3 c. white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1Mix together brown sugar and 3 tablespoons flour.

2Put in the bottom of an unbaked 9-inch pie crust.

3Cut up 4 to 5 peaches into fourths if peaches are small or eighths if peaches are large. Place these pieces on the mixture so that the pits are upward.
