- 5 peaches
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 pastry shell - 9 inch
Directions

1Peel and cut in half the 5 peaches.

2Mix together flour and brown sugar.

3Sprinkle over pastry in pie pan.

4Arrange peaches, cut side up in sugar mixture.

5Mix together, milk and egg, beat slightly and pour over peaches.

6Mix together 1/3 cup sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg and sprinkle over top of pie.

7Bake at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes; until knife inserted comes out clean.
