- fresh peaches
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. soft oleo
Directions

1Prepare a 9-inch unbaked pastry shell, line with sliced peaches.

2Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

3Remove from oven.

4Beat eggs until thickened.

5Add sugar and beat well.

6Stir in soft oleo. Pour over peaches and return to oven.

7Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
