- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches in light sauce
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
- 1 (6 oz.) container Yoplait original peach yogurt or 2/3 c. plain yogurt
- 1 container (4 oz.) frozen low-fat whipped topping, thawed
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Put Pam in 2 round pans.

3Drain peaches, reserving sauce.

4Add enough water to reserved sauce to measure 1 1/4 cups.

5Prepare cake mix as directed on package, except substitute sauce mixture for water and substitute 2 egg whites for 1 egg.

6Pour batter into pans.

7Bake and cool as directed.

8Cut peaches into bite size pieces.

9Mix yogurt and whipped topping; fold in peaches.

10Fill layers with about half of the peach mixture. Spoon remaining mixture over top of cake.

11Refrigerate 2 hours. Delicious and low fat.
