Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 small box peach jello
  • 4 c. sliced peaches

Directions

    Mix flour, margarine and nuts together.

    Press into a 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.

    Cool completely.

    Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, 1 cup powdered sugar and vanilla.

    Spread onto crust.

    Boil 1 cup water and add 1 cup sugar and cornstarch until thick.

    Take off stove and mix with peach jello.

    Cool, then add peaches.

    Spread onto second layer.
