Peach Fluff Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen peaches, chopped (save 1/2 c. juice)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Put jello, sugar and hot water (salt if desired) and add all juices, stirring to be sure everything is blended.

    Let set to the consistency of thick unbeaten egg whites.

    Add 1 cup of Cool Whip and peaches.

    Put in ready-baked pie crust and serve with more Cool Whip topping.
