  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
  • 2 cans peach slices 16 oz ea drained
  • dark rum or cup light
  • 1 quart vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions

    In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and stir until a thick syrup forms. Add the sliced peaches and stir to coat evenly.

    Remove from the heat and stir in the rum. Return saucepan to heat and cook 3 to 4 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Place scoops of frozen yogurt into 4 to 6 bowls or parfait glasses, and top with the peach mixture. Serve immediately.
