- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 oz. peach jello
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 5 peaches, sliced
Directions

1Melt butter in long cake pan.

2Mix in flour and nuts.

3I like 2 cups graham cracker crumbs instead of flour.

4Spread out in pan to form crust.

5Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

6Soften cream cheese; blend in powdered sugar.

7Spread over cooled crust.

8Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thickens.

9Add peach jello.

10Stir and cool.

11Slice peaches over cream cheese.

12Pour jello mixture over peaches.

13Refrigerate until sets slightly.

14Spread Cool Whip on top.
