- 2 graham cracker crusts, 9 inch
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 to 7 medium peaches
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in cold water.

2Add boiling water, salt, lemon juice.

3Add sugar to peeled and sliced peaches.

4Combine whipping cream with cooled gelatin mixture and add peaches.

5Fill pie crusts and refrigerate.
