  • 4 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. Clear Jel or cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. peach jello
  • 1 can sliced peaches
  • 1 box whipped cream
  • 1 baked pie shell

Directions

    Mix the first 2 ingredients together in a saucepan.

    Boil until sugar is dissolved.

    Add the next 5 ingredients.

    Cook until thick.

    Add the jello.

    Mix well.

    Cool.

    Add the peaches and pour into the pie shell.
