  • 1 1/2 cups sliced ripe banana (about 2 medium)
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 3/4 to 1 teaspoon coconut extract
