  • 1 box butter cake mix
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. dried coconut
  • 825 g can sliced peaches
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Combine cake mix with coconut and rub in butter until mixture resembles fine bread crumbs.

    Press into a well-greased slab tin, 12 x 8-inch, coming about 1/2-inch up the sides.

    Slab pan can be lined with foil and greased, if preferred.

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.
