- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 egg yolks or 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Cut oleo into dry cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Pat mixture lightly into 13 x 9-inch pan, building up slight edges.

3Bake 10 minutes.

4Arrange peach slices on warm crust.

5Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on peaches.

6Blend sour cream and egg; drizzle over peaches.

7(Topping will not completely cover peaches.)

8Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown. (Do not overbake.)

9Serve warm.

10Makes 12 to 15 servings.
