- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 pound butter
- 8 peaches fresh, cut in halves with pits removed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 egg yokes, beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions

1Mix sugars together in a bowl.

2In another mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt and then add 1 Tbsp. of the sugars.

3Add butter and mix until crumbly.

4Place mixture in 13 x 9 inch pan and spread evenly over the bottom and sides.

5Add peach halves evenly over the crust, add cinnamon to remaining sugars and then sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over the peaches.

6Bake in pre-heated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.

7Mix egg yolks and sour cream and pour over peaches.

8Return to 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes more.
