Peach Lassi Granita

- 3 whole Peaches, Peeled And Stone Removed
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cups Cold Water
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- Simple Syrup As Required
- 1 pinch Cardamom Powder
Directions

1Put all the ingredients in a blender to form a smooth mixture. Pour into a baking dish and freeze uncovered for an hour.

2Stir the mixture with a fork and put it back in the freezer. After two hours, lightly scrape the top layer (which will be frozen) using a fork. Ideally you should repeat this scraping business every few hours of freezing till all of it is scraped.

3I just cover the dish after this and let it freeze for 5-8 hours and return to the scraping business when I'm back.

4Once all of it has been scraped, it ready to serve.

5The best thing about granita is that it you can freeze it once it's all scraped and it will remain as it is in the freezer. You don't have to serve it immediately so you can easily make it in advance.
