- 12 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 14 teaspoon lemon peel
- 14 cup flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 23 cup milk
- 1 cup canned peaches

1cream butter and sugar

2add lemon juice and finely grated lemon rindblend in sifted flour and salt

3separate eggs

4beat egg yolk slightly

5combine with milk

6stir into creamed mixture

7beat egg whites til stiff

8fold into batter add diced drained canned peaches pour into 6 greased custard cups.

9set in pan of hot water bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes
