- 1 (No. 2 1/2 can) peaches, drained (about 3 1/2 c.)
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- pinch of salt
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- deep dish pie shell
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Place peach slices in bottom of pie shell.

3Cream together sugar, flour, oleo and salt.

4Add beaten eggs and vanilla to creamed mixture and mix well.

5Bake in 425° oven for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350° and bake for 50 minutes. When knife is inserted in middle, it should come out clean.
