  • 5 chopped potatoes
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • 5 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 large cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 qt. water
