  • 4 large peaches, peeled, halved and pitted
  • 9 tsp. currant jelly
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy or creme de cassis
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract

    Place peaches in a 9-inch pie plate.

    Fill center of each with 1 teaspoon jelly.

    Sprinkle with brandy.
