- 4 large peaches, peeled, halved and pitted
- 9 tsp. currant jelly
- 2 Tbsp. brandy or creme de cassis
- 2 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
Directions

2Fill center of each with 1 teaspoon jelly.

5Beat eggs in small bowl to soft peaks.
