Peach Pecan Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix white/
  • 1 cup peach juice
  • 32 ounces sliced peaches
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup pecans slit

Directions

    Cake mix, with eggs, peach juice, oil, melted butter, sugar.

    Mix with electric mixer.

    Then cut up 2/3 of peaches in chunks and chopped pecans.

    Mix with spoon.

    Put in 9x13 greased cake pan.

    Bake at 350, 35 to 40 minutes.

    Cool.

    Top with cream cheese icing.

    Top that with split pecans and remaining peach slices.
