  • 3 lb. peaches
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. vinegar (White House apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 Tbsp. stick cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. cloves (whole)
  • 2 Tbsp. allspice

Directions

    Let all but peaches boil 10 minutes.

    Drop peaches in syrup and cook until you can pierce them with a fork.

    Fill sterilized jars with peaches and pour hot syrup over them; seal.
