  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. peach Jell-O
  • 6 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 baked pie crust

Directions

    Cook cornstarch, sugar and water until thick.

    Remove from heat.

    Add syrup, Jell-O and peaches.

    Pour into baked pie crust. Refrigerate until cool.
