  • 3 or 4 c. peaches
  • 1 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • pastry crust for 2 crust pies

Directions

    Mix the peaches, tapioca, cornstarch, nutmeg, white and brown sugars, lemon juice and margarine.

    Pour in crust.

    Bake at 375° to 400° for 30 minutes or until done.
