- fresh ripe peaches or 1 large can peaches
- 4 slices loaf bread, cut off edges and cut in strips
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
Directions

1Put peaches in bottom of pan.

2Place bread slices on top of the peaches.

3Melt oleo.

4Then mix sugar and flour.

5Beat eggs and add to mixture, then add melted oleo.

6Blend together and pour over peaches and strips of bread.

7Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until brown.
