Peach Pie

- 6 to 8 sliced peaches
- 5 to 6 pieces white bread
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

1Place peaches in bottom of 9 to 10-inch Pyrex pie plate. Remove crust from bread and cut into strips.

2Place bread strips over peaches and make sure all peaches are covered.

3Melt butter, mix with sugar, flour and egg.

4Mix well and spoon over bread. Bake at 350° for 35 or 45 minutes until brown.
