  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee
  • 1/2 cup orange

Directions

    Blend egg, milk, flour and sugar in small bowl.

    Heat lightly greased 7-inch skillet over medium-high heat; spoon in scant 1/4 cup batter, tilting pan to cover bottom.

    Cook 1 to 2 minutes; turn and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute more.

    Place on waxed paper; repeat to make a total of 4 crepes.

    Beat pudding, heavy cream and instant coffee granules in small bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes.

    Stir in orange segments if desired.

    Spoon mixture down center of each crepe; roll up.

    Arrange on individual serving plates lined with orange slices.

    Drizzle chocolate over crepes.

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
