  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 6 to 8 peaches, halved
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Place peaches, whole side up, in shell.

    Mix cornstarch and sugar and pour in and around peaches.
  3. 3
    Pour heavy cream over all. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 325° for 45 minutes until peaches are cooked.
