- 2/3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 c. sliced peaches (about 7 peaches)
Directions

1Mix water, syrup and cornstarch.

2Cook and stir until thick and clear.

3Add sugar and bring to boil.

4Pour over peaches.

5Cool while making crust.

6Make double crust for 9-inch pie.

7Pour peaches in pie pan lined with crust.

8Put on top crust.

9Bake at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes.
