  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. oleo
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

    Sprinkle sliced peaches with lemon juice and sugar.
