  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 12 peach halves
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 c. sour cream

    Combine the first 4 ingredients.

    Cut the butter in with pastry blender until crumbs form.

    Press into a 10-inch pie plate. Arrange peach halves over crumb crust.

    Combine 3/4 cup sugar with the cinnamon; sprinkle over peaches.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 400°. Beat egg yolks and sour cream; pour over peaches.

    Bake 30 minutes longer.
