- 6 c. peeled, thickly sliced fresh peaches
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1In bowl, mix peaches, sugar, tapioca, flour and nutmeg.

2Set aside 5 minutes.

3Prepare pie crust. Add fruit to 9-inch pie plate.

4Drizzle with lemon juice. Dot with butter.

5Adjust top crust.

6Slit top for steam to release.

7Flute edges and cover edge with foil.

8Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

9Remove foil and bake 30 to 35 minutes more, until golden.
