  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 2 c. canned peaches or pineapple
  • 6 tbsp. peach syrup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 tbsp. plain flour
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Directions

    Put margarine in casserole dish & melt. In the meantime combine sugar & flour into reserve juice. Fold in peaches (or pineapple) & cheese. Spoon mixture into melted margarine. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 min. Serves 6 people.
