- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3/4 c. shredded sharp process cheese
Directions

1Remove leaves and trim base from cauliflower.

2Wash.

3Cook in boiling salt water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.

4Drain. Place in ungreased shallow baking pan.

5Sprinkle with salt.

6Mix mayonnaise and prepared mustard; spread over cauliflower.

7Top with cheese.

8Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

9Serves 4 to 5.
