  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • ripe peaches (enough to fill shell)
  • 1/2 to 1 c. sugar (depends on sweetness of peaches)
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Directions

    Slice peaches and add to unbaked pie shell.

    Set aside.

    Mix remaining ingredients together and then pour over peaches.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then at 325° for 40 minutes.
