- 2 cups pitted and finely chopped plums
- 7 cups sugar
- 1 pouch Certo Liquid Pectin
Directions

1MEASURE prepared fruit in a large saucepan.

2ADD sugar to fruit and mix well.

3PLACE saucepan over high heat.

4Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat.

6IMMEDIATELY stir in fruit pectin.

7STIR and skim for 7 minutes to prevent floating fruit.

8POUR quickly into warm, sterilized jars filling up to 1/4 inch from rim.

9SEAL while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centres.
