- 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. peeled, chopped, fresh peaches
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan and set aside.

3Cream together the butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.

4Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

5Combine flour, soda and salt in separate bowl. Mix together sour cream and chopped peaches.

6Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream and peaches, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.

7Beat well after each addition.

8Stir in vanilla and almond extract.

9Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 75 to 80 minutes or until cake tests done.

10Makes one 10-inch cake.
