- 10 Tbsp. butter (1 1/4 sticks)
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 15 to 20 slices canned or fresh peaches
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cream butter and sugar, add the eggs, one at a time, and continue to cream mixture.

3Add almond extract. Mix in flour and baking powder.

4Turn mixture into greased and floured 9-inch spring-form pan or equivalent.

5Arrange peach slices on dough.

6Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

7Serve warm or cold.
