- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs (at room temperature)
- 2 c. peaches, drained and chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large mixing bowl beat butter and sugar until fluffy.

3Add eggs and almonds extract and vanilla. Add all dry ingredients.

4Cream mixture.

5Add sour cream and peaches.

6Pour into greased 10 or 12-inch Bundt cake or tube pan.
