  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 2 c. peaches, drained and chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In large mixing bowl beat butter and sugar until fluffy.

    Add eggs and almonds extract and vanilla. Add all dry ingredients.

    Cream mixture.

    Add sour cream and peaches.

    Pour into greased 10 or 12-inch Bundt cake or tube pan.
