- 1 c. butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Cream together the butter and sugar.

2Add the eggs, one at a time and mix after each.

3Sift together the flour, soda and salt. Mix together the sour cream and peaches.

4Add the flour and sour cream alternately to the butter mixture.

5Begin and end with flour.

6Beat well after each addition.

8Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350° for 75 to 80 minutes.
