- 4 pounds peaches peeled, pitted
- 1 fruit pkt Ball 100%% Natural, Jell Pectin
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 7 cups sugar
Directions

1Measure 4 cups sliced peaches.

2Combine peaches, Fruit Jell pectin and lemon juice in a large saucepot.

3Bring to a rolling boil, stirring occasionally.

4Add sugar, stirring to dissolve.

5Return to a rolling boil.

6Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

7Remove from heat.

8Skim foam if necessary.
