  • 1 qt. peach halves
  • 3 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Drain peaches, reserving 1 cup syrup for sauce.

    Place peaches in baking dish.

    Put bread crumbs over peaches.

    Beat together eggs, cream, butter, sugar and cinnamon; pour over bread crumbs. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

    Prepare Sauce; pour over pudding. Serve while warm.
