Peach Pudding Dessert

  • 6 oz. orange Jell-O
  • 2 c. peaches, drained (use two 16 oz. cans sliced cling peaches; reserve syrup)
  • 2 (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.

    Add 2 cups reserved peach syrup (if not enough, add water until there is).

    Put mixture in fridge to set a bit (about 1 1/2 hours).

    Beat peaches with mixer until very mushy.

    Beat the whipping cream, adding the powdered sugar.

    Fold in the Jell-O mixture.

    Stir very well.

    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan and keep in fridge until set.
