- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

1Combine peaches and water in large saucepan; cook over medium heat 5 minutes.

2Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until tender.

3Cool.

4Combine peaches and remaining ingredients in container of electric blender.

5Process until smooth; chill. Serve over ice cream.
