  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 3/4 lb. peaches, peeled and sliced (3 c.)
  • 1 c. whole, low-fat or skim milk

Directions

    Heat sugar and water to boil; simmer 5 minutes.

    Stir in lemon juice and syrup; cool to room temperature.

    Transfer to blender. Add peaches; blend until smooth.
