Peach Spectacular

Directions

   In an 8 x 11-inch pan, mix melted oleo and brown sugar.

   Add flour and nuts.

   Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.

   Stir once. Let cool.

   Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks.

   Add sugar, peaches and lemon juice.

   Beat until it triples in volume and forms soft peaks.

   Fold in whipped cream.

   Arrange in layers with cooled crumbles and peach mixture.

    Freeze.
