  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 10 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 c. sliced peaches

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar, flour and milk.

    Put peaches in unbaked pie shell.
  3. 3
    Pour mixture over peaches.

    Dot top of shell with butter. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Turn oven to 350°.
  6. 6
    Bake another 30 minutes.
