Peach Tea Mold

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 4 peach herb tea bags
  • 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
  • 1-1/2 cups cold club soda
  • 1 can (16 oz.) peach slices, drained, finely chopped

Directions

    Pour boiling water over tea bags.

    Let stand 2 min.

    Remove tea bags; discard.

    Add tea to dry gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir at least 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Stir in club soda.

    Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).

    Stir in peaches.

    Spoon into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray; cover.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

    Unmold onto serving plate.

    Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
