- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 peach herb tea bags
- 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- 1-1/2 cups cold club soda
- 1 can (16 oz.) peach slices, drained, finely chopped
Directions

1Pour boiling water over tea bags.

2Let stand 2 min.

3Remove tea bags; discard.

4Add tea to dry gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir at least 2 min.

5until completely dissolved.

6Stir in club soda.

7Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).

8Stir in peaches.

9Spoon into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray; cover.

10Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

11Unmold onto serving plate.

12Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
